Level 2 Award in Business and Administration

Who is it for?

This Level 2 qualification would suit those employed in secretarial and office administration environments.

What is it about?

To achieve the full qualification learners will have to complete a minimum of 9 credits*

This will include two mandatory units:

  • Work in a business environment (2 credits)
  • Communicate in a business environment (3 credits)

Plus a minimum of 4 credits from the optional units below:

  • Prepare text from recorded audio instruction (40 wpm) (4)

Events and Meetings

  • Support the organisation of an event (2)
  • Support the co-ordination of an event (3)
  • Support the organisation of business travel or accomodation (3)

Communications

  • Make and receive telephone calls (3)
