Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management

Who is it for?

This Level 3 NVQ is suitable for first line managers with a range of responsibility including: allocating work to team members, managing financial and physical resources and some degree of decision making. 

What is it about?

To achieve the full qualification candidates will have to achieve a minimum of 25 credits which includes 14 credits from the Group A mandatory units:

Group A

  • Manage own professional development within an organisation (4 credits)
  • Set objectives and provide support for team members (5 credits)
  • Plan, allocate and monitor work of the team (5 credits)

Plus 11 credits from the Group B optional units:

Group B

  • Develop, maintain and review personal networks (4)
