Think Tall Training was established by Karen Martin in February 2007.
Karen Martin
During 10 years as a Trainer for Churchill Insurance and Vanquis Bank, Karen was instrumental in the design and delivery of numerous customer service, sales and management development programmes. Karen holds the Certificate in Traning Practice and is a qualified NVQ Assessor and Verifier. Karen has delivered training and NVQ programmes for NHS, Kent Police and developed the K College Assessor Academy. Always professional, Karen delivers training with energy, enthusiasm and creativity.
Jon Martin
An experienced Assessor, Jon is currently delivering Customer Service NVQ programmes at Town and Country Housing and Customer Service Apprenticeships at Capita HR Solutions. Previously, Jon has delivered successful NVQ programmes for Kent Police (Force Contact and Control Centre) and Golding Homes. Jon has a wealth of customer service, administration, sales and account management experience acquired over 15 years with companies such as Delta Air Lines and Churchill Insurance. Jon has designed and delivered programmes for St John Ambulance, Darent Valley Hospital and Best Western Manor Hotel.
Karen and Jon are members of the Institute for Learning.
