Karen Martin
During 10 years as a Trainer for Churchill Insurance and Vanquis Bank, Karen was instrumental in the design and delivery of numerous customer service, sales and management development programmes. Karen holds the Certificate in Traning Practice and is a qualified NVQ Assessor and Verifier. Recent projects include NHS, Dial A Cab and Britannia Building Society. Always professional, Karen delivers training with energy, enthusiasm and creativity.
Jon Martin
Jon is a qualified NVQ Assessor and is currently delivering Customer Service NVQ programmes for Kent Police at their Force Contact and Control Centre. Jon is also responsible for Think Tall's sales and marketing but enjoys 'hands-on' design and delivery of training programmes. Jon’s background is predominantly sales, sales management and relationship management with experience spanning many years working for companies such as Delta Air Lines and Churchill Insurance. Recently Jon has designed and delivered programmes for St John Ambulance, Darent Valley Hospital and Best Western Manor Hotel.
